Tickk Inc. ("Tickk", "we", "our", or "us"), including its holding and subsidiary group companies, provides an online software platform (the "Tickk Platform") that enables developers and users to build, host, and deploy AI bots, conversational agents, APIs, and enterprise communication workflows.
By using or continuing to access the Tickk APIs or website at https://tickk.ai, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Accounts and Registration
You need to create a custom Tickk account to access APIs, developer sandbox, or enterprise dashboards. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
Refund Policy for Recharge on Self-Serve Platform
In the event of non-usage of WhatsApp or CPaaS self-serve platform balances, users may submit a written refund request within 10-15 business days. Refund requests will be processed to the original payment method or wallet balance in accordance with platform billing terms.
Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibitions
Users agree not to misuse the Tickk Platform or APIs. Prohibited activities include:
- Sending unsolicited commercial communications (SPAM) or violating telecom regulations (TRAI/TCCCPR).
- Attempting to probe, scan, or breach system security, firewalls, or authentication controls.
- Misrepresenting identity, impersonating entities, or hosting deceptive content.
- Hosting viruses, malware, trojans, or destructive code on API endpoints.
Ownership & Customer Data Rights
You retain full ownership of your Customer Data. Tickk acquires no rights in your data other than the limited right to host, transmit, and process your data to deliver the Tickk Services as authorized by you.
Compliance with Laws & Telecom Guidelines
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and regional telecom guidelines (such as DLT registration for Indian telecommunications).
Limitation of Liability & No Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TICKK PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL TICKK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
